Consultations before you renovate or buyPer meeting
Weighing a renovation, or about to buy a home? We meet on Zoom or in person, or visit the property with you, and tell you what can change, what to watch for and what it would take. You pay only for the meetings, with no commitment to go further. Real-estate agents are welcome to bring us to a viewing.
Remote designOnline
We work out the design with you over Zoom, ending with a full set of plans, millwork details and links to the shops for each piece of furniture chosen.
Furnishing & vacation rental designStyling
For a new or empty home, or a villa, condo or Airbnb about to be rented: furniture, lighting, textiles and art chosen as one scheme and styled in place. For rentals, everything is chosen to photograph well, stand up to guests and stand out in the listing, on a schedule that respects the booking calendar.
Full design packageTurnkey
Turnkey, and the heart of our work: the design and a full set of plans, the materials chosen with you, and then the whole project taken off your hands. We coordinate contractors and suppliers, order the furniture and finishes, oversee the installation and manage the site until the home is complete; from abroad, you follow it through regular photos, updates and video calls.

Three steps, one team
Listen and measure
A first meeting on site or on a call: how you want to live in the space, what gets in the way today and what cannot change.
Design on paper
Plans, photorealistic 3D views, millwork and materials drawn with you until every decision is made on paper. The home is planned for shade and cross-ventilation, in materials that stand up to humidity, salt air and sun.
Build and complete
The works follow the drawings: we run the site, check each stage with you, in person or from abroad, and hand over a finished home.

Architectural visualization, made with other studios
Long before a building exists, its image does. With other studios, we produce visualizations for residential schemes: the tower with its planted balconies, the terrace and its view, the neighborhood around its park, each shown as it will be lived in.

Do you work with owners who live abroad?
Yes. We take the project off your hands: we coordinate contractors and suppliers, order and oversee the installation, and manage the site while you are away, with photos, updates and video calls so no decision has to wait for your next visit.
Do you design for the tropical climate?
Always. We plan homes for cross-ventilation, shade and light without heat, and finish them in woods, stone, fittings and fabrics that stand up to humidity, salt air and strong sun, and stay in good shape when a house stands empty part of the year.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Guanacaste, including Tamarindo, Langosta, Playa Grande, Hacienda Pinilla, Avellanas, Flamingo, Potrero and Reserva Conchal. Consultations and meetings are available anywhere in Costa Rica, and remote design wherever you live.
Can you help before I buy a property?
Yes. We visit the property with you before you buy and explain what can be changed, which problems to expect and what it would take to make it the home you want.
How are your services charged?
The introductory call is free, and consultations are paid per meeting, with no commitment to continue. Everything else is quoted for each project once the first conversation has shown what it needs.
